A few words about the play (Children's Theatrical Performance):
Marina Katsari (narration) and Vangelis Gettos (accordion, lute, percussion) put on the elements, the kings and the iron-clad knights of medieval Cyprus and sing their sufferings and achievements.
Legends and fairy tales are attributed to their natural language, the Cypriot dialect that reached its heyday in the medieval years.
The musical choices follow in the footsteps of the medieval harmonies that so creatively grafted the Cypriot traditional music.
