Arrest of a young woman for illegally selling laughter gas in Ayia Napa

A 20-year-old young woman from Great Britain has been arrested by the police for a case of illegal sale of laughing gas in Ayia Napa.

According to the Police, twenty minutes after midnight, the young woman was spotted by members of OPE selling laughter gas in Ayia Napa Square.

In her possession were found a bottle which contained nitrous oxide (laughing gas), 42 unused ampoules, 32 balloons, as well as the amount of € 90.

All of the above were omitted and kept as evidence, while the 20-year-old was charged in writing to be summoned before a Court.

In her testimony, she named the 39-year-old man from Larnaca as the employer, who was charged in writing.

The Agia Napa Police Station continues the examinations.
