The lack of an endocrinologist at the Larnaca General Hospital is pointed out in a letter sent to the Minister of Health by the DISY MP of Famagusta, Dr. Kyriakos Hatzigiannis.

Patient waiting lists for this specialty are constantly growing. The problem is not solved by referring some of these cases to the endocrinology of the Nicosia Hospital and it is impossible to serve all patients in the provinces of Larnaca and Famagusta.

Continuing, Mr. Hatzigiannis calls on the Minister to study the issue, as it is deemed necessary to strengthen the endocrinology department with a doctor, so that patients are served in a timely manner and do not suffer.
