The Municipality of Deryneia hosts programs with the participation of people from 15 member countries of the European Union.
A bulletin of the Municipality states that “in the context of its participation in the European programs Europe for Citizens and Erasmus +, Deryneia will host from 11 to 14 October the programs KNOTS, STEP ONE and WAVES, with a team consisting of ninety people from 15 and now countries of the European Union ”.
The programs will start at 7.30 tomorrow night with the central event Europe For Citizens in which the Dance Ensemble "DRYMIO" of the Municipality of Deryneia and the Sbandieratori Delle Sette Contrade Di Orte (waving flags from Orte, Italy) participate.
According to the press release, "the participants in the programs will tour the sights and other places of Deryneia and the region, will participate in various events, will discuss various issues of concern to Europe and will exchange ideas and experiences".
