Two people, aged 40 and 48, were arrested yesterday on the basis of court warrants and were remanded in custody to facilitate investigations into a case of burglary.
Specifically, according to an announcement by the Police, on May 13, 2019, a 47-year-old resident of the province of Famagusta was reported to the Police that, between the dates of 3 - 13 May, 2019, strangers had stolen from his home the sum of € 10,000 in various currency.
During the investigation of the case, a testimony was obtained against the above persons who were arrested and detained.
