On the eve of the Holy Epiphany, Friday, January 5, 2024, the service of the Orthrus, the Great Hours, the Vespers of the Epiphany after the Divine Liturgy of the Great Basil and the Great Consecration (of the Chants) will be held in the parish churches. At 11:00 am the diving of the Holy Cross will take place in the chapel of Agios Nikolaos in the fishing shelter of Paralimni.
On the main day of the feast, Saturday, January 6, 2024, His Eminence the Metropolitan of Constantia and Famagusta, Mr. Vasilios, will celebrate the Divine Liturgy and the Great Consecration of the Epiphanies in the Holy Church of Panagia Agia Napa.
This will be followed by the Consecration of the Waters in the harbor of Agia Napa. The Consecration of the Waters will take place in the chapel of Agia Triada in the fishing shelter of Paralimni, at 10:30 am (by the faithful of the Bulgarian-speaking parish) and in the chapel of Apostolos Andreas in the area of Islands in Protaras, at 11:00 am.
