Suggestions regarding the conditions for the reopening of the leisure centers were submitted last Thursday by the Association of Owners of Leisure Centers of Famagusta S.I.K.A.A.
A written statement states that "the Association participated in a teleconference of the Coordinating Committee of the various Associations of Leisure Centers with the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) where a discussion and exchange of views on the resumption protocol of tourism prepared by the YY" took place.
It added that "on Thursday, a teleconference was also held with experts on safety and health, in order to prepare a handbook on this issue, which after consultation with the appropriate government services, can be used by the Leisure Centers, not only for measures against coronavirus, but also in general with regard to safety and health issues ".
The Association will proceed "with the registration and information of its members as soon as the protocols and the decisions of the competent Ministries are formed. The Ministry of Tourism has also prepared a program of seminars for employees in the tourism sector. "
