With awards for their actions they left Cyprus Education Leaders Awards 2021 two schools in the province of Famagusta. Paralimni High School won two awards in the subcategory "Bonding with Society" in the category "Infrastructure, Culture, Extroversion" and more specifically:

  • GOLD: Actions of Support and Empowerment of the Refugee Children of the Primary School of Kofinos by students of the Lyceum of Paralimni. Pupils of our Lyceum in the framework of the European Parliament Ambassador School Program (EPAS) developed actions of empowerment and support of students / three with immigrant biography who attend the Primary School of Kofinou: entertained the young students with children's songs , made banners with messages of friendship in their mother tongues, got involved in activities to get acquainted with the European Union and its values ​​and created the corner of Europe.   • SILVER: Innovative Actions for the Regeneration and Improvement in Issues of Accessibility and Security of the Area Perimeter of Paralimni High School.
