The idyllic space of the Sculpture Park and specifically the most photographed sculpture "GATE" created by the Cypriot sculptor Vassilis Vassiliadis was chosen by the Municipality of Ayia Napa as a new location for civil weddings, raising these spaces to 13 today.
The new space is called "Gold Frame", a name inspired by the very shape that the work presents. Located in onea natural wild environment created by nature itself, with a panoramic view and against the backdrop of the endless blue of the sea.
A space that combines the beauty of nature with the art of sculpture and in general the cultural element with the simple but beautiful wedding decoration, without any intervention that differentiates the character of the area and the Park in particular.
With the creation of the new space, the goal of the Municipality of Ayia Napa is to offer alternatives to couples who decide to join the bonds of marriage, to attract more quality wedding tourism and to achieve a further increase in civil weddings that take place in the area.
The Municipality of Ayia Napa also aims to utilize and pthe promotion of the sights and important landmarks of the Municipality, such as the Sculpture Park.
