A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Famagusta Tourism Commercial and Industrial Company was held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, with the participation of the Mayors and Common Mayors of the Famagusta District.
The issues that concern the companies and the local authorities of the Province as well as the relations of TEVEA with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Famagusta were discussed at the session. The recent sad developments in our occupied Diocese and the movements of the occupying regime were also discussed. The attendees expressed their strong concern about the issue and will immediately start a cycle of contacts with the competent bodies in the effort of all to prevent the plans of Turkey and the pseudo-state for the city of Famagusta.
At the end of the session, the attendees received a delegation of the Association for the Promotion of Business Development of Famagusta (SPEA) who, recognizing TEVEA as the most appropriate body for the expression and promotion of the interests of the Famagusta Province, decided to use it.
The Board of Directors of TEVEA expressed its warm thanks to the Association for the Promotion of Business Development of Famagusta for this move and committed to even more actions and promotions for the promotion of business development of the Province of Famagusta.
