The car accident in Xylofagou turned fatal. Giannakos Nikolaou, 78 years old, resident of Avgorou settlement, is dead.
The accident happened around 9.45am, when a moped driven by the 78-year-old on a road in Xylofagou, under conditions under investigation, collided with a car.
The driver of the car was taken to Famagusta Hospital as a precaution.
