The fire that broke out on Tuesday in Paralimni, and specifically in the Limni area, from the side where the residential area is located, was extinguished yesterday at noon due to the timely intervention of the Fire Service, not only did not spread but also did not threaten homes.
The fire burned two hectares of wild bush vegetation.
Five firefighting vehicles, two tank trucks of the Municipality of Paralimni, two excavators and a portable firefighting unit of the Door Fund worked to extinguish it.
