At the meeting, according to a relevant announcement, which was also attended by the Third Member of the Commission of Inquiry on Missing Persons, Paul-Henry Arnie, a resolution was passed to be forwarded to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and they exchanged views on the issue of missing persons.

The resolution, among other things, expresses grave concern that the humanitarian problem of the missing has not yet been resolved, in violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the special resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Security Council. of the missing persons of Cyprus and the Secretary General of the international organization is called to renew his efforts to verify the fate of each missing person and all the missing persons of Cyprus with convincing and specific data.

It is also called upon to act, so that the Commission of Inquiry for the Missing, which is under its auspices, begins in parallel with the exhumations that are being carried out and the substantive investigation of the fate of each missing person, as the basic terms of its mandate Judgment of the European Court of Human Rights of 10 May 2001 and to re-request all persons in possession of information concerning missing persons to have access to the CMP or other international organization in the sources and places of such information.
