The permanent problem in this period is that they want to eat a snack, which will help them perform better, give them a lot of nutrients, be tasty and healthy, not give them a lot of calories because there is fear of gaining weight, but also not needing much processing to be done.

So I present to you a series of small meals, like the ones you ask for! Try to have a variety in your choices and not just "stick" to one. The monotony of choice is not the best for you.

• 1 small pastel with honey
• 1 slice of bread with honey
• 1 handful of unsalted nuts
• 3-4 dried fruits
• 1 glass of milk with 2 toasts
• 1 jelly with yogurt (easily prepared if we replace 1 glass of water with 1 cup of yogurt)
• 60-80gr. Black chocolate
• 1 slice of homemade cake
• 1 small rice pudding
• Fruit salad
• Freshly squeezed juice
• 2-3 crackers with cheese spread
• 1 small piece of pie
• 2-3 breadsticks
• Boiled egg with 1 toast
• Cereal bar
• A small toast with cheese and turkey
• A tortilla with vegetables-corn and cheese
• a slice of peanut butter
• A slice of tahini and honey
• A slice of tahini-cocoa.

Pay close attention and don't let fats invade your children's diet, because the results will not be as expected. As is well known, trans fats reduce performance, while omega-3s DHA and EPA increase it!
