The three-month period given to the three criminal investigators to complete the task of investigating police involvement in entanglement and corruption offenses in connection with the quadruple murder case in Ayia Napa and the management of the information provided expired on 9 November. to the Cyprus Police from Interpol Serbia for the arrival in Cyprus of paid Serb murderers.

Andreas Paschalidis, former Judge of the Supreme Court and President of the Independent Authority for the Investigation of Allegations and Complaints against the Police, and Panagiotis Pelagias and Agamemonas Dimitriou, former police officers, were appointed on the possibility of committing criminal offenses by any person, regarding the possible involvement of members of the Police or other persons in cases of entanglement, corruption and other offenses on the basis of specific information forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General by letter of Chief / Police9 / by letter of the Minister of Justice on 2/8/2016 ”.

According to today's publication of the newspaper "O Fileleftheros", the three criminal investigators requested and received from the Attorney General an extension of two months in order to complete their work.
