After the decision of Mrs. Theocharous to choose the party path, in the last hours, the scenarios peaked, including the one that brings the MEP to withdraw her last candidacy, thus paving the way for Nikos Anastasiadis and carving herself, new page about her path in the party pyramid.
In statements to the SIGMA television station, however, Ms. Theocharous stated that today she will submit her own proposal to the Supreme Council with the belief that it will be widely accepted.
The Supreme Council will meet at 10.30 in the morning at the Hilton Park Hotel, where the two candidates will be placed by the Supreme Council, analyzing the reasons for which they claim the anointing of DISY. The 1005 members will then be invited to vote for the party's elect. The polls will be open from 12 to 4 and the results are expected shortly after 5 in the afternoon.
