Lecture on "PLASTIC SURGERY IN OUR LIFE" is organized by the Culture Committee of the Municipality of Sotira on Sunday, March 8 at 4 pm at the Municipal Theater of Sotira, on the occasion of International Women's Day, in a lecture not exclusively for women .

Plastic Surgery in our lives:

Probably the most misunderstood medical specialty, Plastic surgery, since it has been identified almost exclusively in the minds of most of us with cosmetic surgery.

Undoubtedly, a large part of it deals with the aesthetic improvement of the body and the face, but it deals with everything but that.

Reconstruction of congenital anomalies, burns, wounds, skin cancers, rehabilitation after breast cancer or major injuries are examples of a Plastic Surgeon's daily routine.

In this lecture and the discussion that will follow, Dr. Angelos Karatzias will present all these ways in which Plastic surgery contributes to improving the quality of life.

At the same time, an effort will be made to resolve as many questions as possible regarding both modern aesthetic interventions and rehabilitation options to solve various problems of our daily lives.

The lecturer of the lecture will be Dr. Angelos Karatzias, who will inform the public about issues that concern both men and women, such as: cosmetic surgery, wound healing, skin cancers, rehabilitation after mastectomy, burns and more.

After the lecture there will be coffee.
