In a lawsuit against all those responsible for the collapse of the economy, they intend to proceed with three associations of borrowers, depositors and securities holders, who note that "the list of defendants will include, among others, finance ministers, bank executives, bank executives. and possibly Presidents of the Republic of Cyprus ”.

The Associations note that the defendants in this civil proceeding are expected to be all those who brought about this result with the actions, omissions and generally the manipulations they have done. Regardless, the three associations will call on and challenge the state for the last time to find ways to compensate all those who have been harmed by these actions, the statement said.

The announcement notes that the state already has in its hands the various proposals that have been elaborated and submitted by the associations, but no clear answer has been given yet, "except for a boiling resolution of the Parliament".
