The meeting of the Central Committee of DIKO was held with loud absences, which made a first assessment for the parliamentary elections next year.

The DIKO parliamentary group was criticized, led by Antigoni Papadopoulou and Nikos Cleanthos, for their stance in the resolution in support of Greece in view of last Sunday. Nikolas Papadopoulos lifted the weight of the analysis of the party position, emphasizing that the support of Greece and the Greek people is unquestionable. In order to defuse the critical interventions, a resolution in support of Athens was approved by the Central Committee.
