A photo exhibition dedicated to Famagusta entitled "Famagusta, a European ghost town" is hosted from November 10 at the City Hall of Thessaloniki.

A written announcement of the Municipality of Famagusta states that "the opening of the exhibition, organized by the Municipality of Famagusta in collaboration with the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Consulate General of the Republic of Cyprus in Thessaloniki, was held last Thursday, November 10, by the Mayor of Famagusta and the President Union of Municipalities of Cyprus Alexis Galanos ".

It adds that "the event, which was accompanied by the screening of a film about Famagusta, was greeted by the Consul General of the Republic of Cyprus in Thessaloniki and the Mayor of Famagusta, while the inauguration was attended by a representative of the Metropolitan of Thessaloniki, the Mayor of Ampelokipon and Of Macedonia AUTh Professors, Honorary Consuls and Presidents of Cypriot Associations in Thessaloniki ".
