The operation of the Theological School of the Church of Cyprus was announced by the Archbishop of Cyprus Chrysostom II yesterday, Thursday, in his greeting during the closing ceremony of the lessons of the Theological School "Apostolos Barnabas".
Dedicated to the Holy Trinity, the Theological School will be housed in listed buildings that have been renovated for this purpose next to the Archdiocese.
According to the Archbishop, the School will accept graduates of Secondary Schools, "distinguished for their piety and morality and willing to serve the Church."
"We will make every effort so that the School becomes a beacon for our spiritually and morally shaken society," he said, adding that workers from the Lord's vineyard will come out of it, with higher education, effective in raising the theological and spiritual level of the people ".
