The apology of the former president and managing director of OSE, for the train accident with 57 deaths in Tempe, has been completed.
The former president and managing director of OSE is accused of dereliction of duty for reassigning the 59-year-old station master, in violation of the age limit of 48 years.
He reportedly claimed to the appellant investigator that he acted legally as he merely endorsed the recommendation of the OSE evaluation committee.
Within the day, the apologies of two members of the relocation committee are also expected, who are also accused of their involvement in the placement of the 59-year-old Larissa station master in this particular position.
At the same time, tomorrow the Italian experts are expected, who have been called by the appellant investigator in order to examine the recorder of the passenger train.
