An explosive atmosphere seems to prevail in recent months in the 1st EPAL Markopoulos Oropou, as parents and students complain about the school principal for verbal and physical bullying.
"All he does is punish, throw away abortions, throw children out of school and handcuff," says Eleni Konstantinou, secretary of the school's Parents and Guardians Association.
"It counts the children who go to the toilet. "Six minutes for girls, four for boys," he continues. The school president also spoke about the constant fear that children have every day at school. Several teachers have asked to move to other schools, while enrollment has dropped significantly. "He insulted the teachers and told them filthy worms and thugs," explained the president of parents and guardians, Dimitris Eleftheras.

The issue of the director's behavior has reached the Minister of Education, Nikis Kerameos, after the December memorandum and the complaint sent by the Parents and Guardians Association, while only last Thursday, April 14, a Sworn Administrative Examination was completed. in February and in which about 30 people, 10 teachers, parents and students submitted. The information says that everyone talked about specific incidents that confirm the above with the complaints.
In December 2021, the Association of Parents and Guardians sent a relevant memorandum to Kerameos, the Secondary School, OLME and all the involved bodies, while on March 10, 2022 it returned with a new complaint stating:
"No change has taken place in the way she administers and behaves… towards students, teachers, and parents; the operation of the School is impossible !!!
The educational work of the teachers is not carried out, just like the gathering of the students in their lessons, since the only thing that concerns them every day is the bullying that they suffer from its now inefficient "administration".
The Students have now exceeded the human limits of patience, many of the Teachers do the same, they want to ask for their normal leave to leave the School because the Compulsion, the continuous voices, the irrational behavior of this Lady have exhausted them .
The events that take place every day are too many. Indicatively, I will mention some of them briefly
"Center for out-of-school and drug addicts"
1) Visiting the classrooms with the main theme of the complaint of bad parents and propaganda in her favor, regarding how well she does her job (before that the school was an open vineyard, a center for out-of-school and drug addicts and various others according to her) .

2) Continuous punishments and expulsions for no apparent reason that can justify them (usually one day from that and without the required justification), humiliates students, either for the mask or for the coffee (smells the glasses if they have coffee) or for the mobile phone, (also carried out physical checks).

3) Revenge against the parents who "dared" to report her unacceptable behavior, as she tells them without any hesitation, through their children, who of course finds various reasons to punish and target them.

4) Continuous Pedagogical Assemblies, as well as Pedagogical Councils of Teachers for the imposition of Pedagogical Measures, on Delinquent Students where usually the terrible offense is coffee or mobile… for two-day expulsions or change of School environment
"Public frictions and insults to teachers"
5) Public frictions and insults to teachers who disagree with her, involvement and constant harassment during their lesson, as a result of which she systematically irritates them and tries with her behavior to push them out of bounds, so that they can not teach (states the names of teachers).
