Two cases of illegal installation of photovoltaic systems have been identified so far by the controls carried out by the EAC.

Speaking to Trito, Press Representative Christina Papadopoulou clarified that these are commercial properties.

We accounted for network overload caused by illegal connections coming from units but also the additional installation of panels by residential consumers.

Mrs. Papadopoulou also mentioned that electricity bills have increased by 2,5% compared to the previous month. As he explained, the increase is due to the cost of fuel and greenhouse gas rights.
