A manhunt is currently underway in New York, to locate a driver who dragged pedestrians in his passage.
Foreign media report one dead and three injured.
The perpetrator, according to witnesses, "marked" the pedestrians and drove his vehicle on them. Then he fled.
According to the first information, there was a quarrel in one of the bars in the area. Witnesses report that the vehicle "came out of nowhere and hit the crowd" while adding that it was running very fast. There are also reports that some of the injured have knife wounds.
