A horror story sees the light of day. Authorities have arrested a father in Argentina who is accused of abusing his own daughter for 20 years, with whom he had four children aged 11, 13, 17 and 19 respectively.
The case was uncovered when his 32-year-old daughter found the courage to inform the authorities about the sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of her father from the age of 9, according to the Daily Mail.
The children were found in a house in the Arequito area of Santa Fe with authorities calling it the "House of Horror" using the term first heard in the case of Josef Fritzl of Austria, who held his daughter hostage for 24 years.
Police who searched the house where the four children were found seized two weapons and are now examining the scenario that the 32-year-old's father used them to intimidate his daughter and force her to succumb to his sexual appetites.
The man is divorced and DNA tests will show if he is the father of four children.
According to local media, the neighbors had understood that something was going on in the house and tried to notify the authorities but they were told that they could not do anything unless there was a formal complaint from the victim.
