The two leaders of North and South Korea are scheduled to meet at the Summit of the two countries next month, a Seoul spokesman said after a brief trip to Pyongyang.

Kim Jong Un has reportedly said he intends to start talks with the United States to denuclearize his country.

There have been many nuclear disarmament programs in the past, but the North Korean has failed to keep his commitments.

North and South Korea have agreed to open a dialogue between their leaders.

The official's visit to North Korea was described as quite satisfactory for the future of the talks. The United States, on the other hand, is "cautiously optimistic."
