With a very short delay compared to the scheduled time, Donald Trump was released from the hospital.
The US president, as previously announced, has left the Walter Reed Medical Center and according to his advisers, despite the quarantine that must be entered, he will continue to perform his duties. His departure was scheduled for 6:30 pm local time (01:30 am Tuesday morning for Greece) and finally took place with a slight delay of eight minutes, to land at the White House at 06:54 (local).

When he left, he said a "thank you" to reporters and did not make any statements, to board one of his security cars and be transported to the helicopter with which he left for the White House.
A quarantine that he violated the day before, going for an ride in an SUV, accompanied by his safety, something that caused the rage of doctors, but also of the people, as in order to see the "patriots", as he called them, his Republican supporters, he risked health of all and especially of the secret services which had them at a distance of half a meter.

When he arrived at the White House, Trump managed to make a sensation with his first move. The American president, as he got out of the helicopter, stood at the entrance of the White House for the photos that the photojournalists wanted and took off the protective mask, put it in his pocket and greeted him militarily. CNN interpreted it as a move by Trump to show that he "returned to the ramparts", commenting that it was not the best image to see him take it out, while he is infected with the coronavirus.
I feel better than 20 years ago
Trump, shortly before leaving the hospital, in an attempt to convince again that the coronavirus… should not scare anyone, said that from the administration of drugs given to him, he feels better than he did 20 years ago.
"I am leaving Walter Reed Medical Center today. I feel very well. Do not be afraid of the coronavirus. Do not let it dominate your life. We have developed some very good medicines but also knowledge. "I feel better than I did 20 years ago," Trump wrote on Twitter, who did not stop posting yesterday, having nothing else to do inside the hospital.
In the tweets he uploaded, he also attacked those who accused him of his irresponsible act of getting in the car and going for a quick ride.
"It seems that the media was upset because I got in a security car to say 'thank you' to the fans and supporters who were outside the hospital for many hours, even days, to pay their respects to the president. "If I did not do it, the media would say I was rude!" He wrote.
