In the new academic year, more than 1.700 new students will have the opportunity to study at the University of Cyprus and TEPAK, through a process that will result from the results of the Pancyprian Examinations.

Specifically, the number of approved positions for the academic year 2020 - 2021 is 1.740, of which 1.226 at the University of Cyprus and 514 at TEPAK. However, as every year, the two academic institutions are expected to have increased positions (a total of 1.770 at the University of Cyprus and 845 at TEPAK). Every year, the Universities apply for an increased number of positions in their various Departments, in an effort to reduce the gaps that arise from the separate distribution of positions with Greece.

Regarding the announcement of the results for securing places is expected around July 20 as they follow the announcement of the initial grades and the averages of the courses of the Pancyprian Examinations.
