An explosion occurred last night at the entrance of the Minister of Health, according to the Police.
Around 11 last night, according to the Police, information was received about an explosion at the Ministry of Health in Nicosia. Members of the Police went to the scene where they extinguished a fire that was caused, before the arrival of the Fire Service.
From the tests carried out, it was found that the explosion was due to the detonation of an explosive device of the gas type. The explosion caused damage to the entrance of the Ministry, where it was located.
Further examinations will be conducted this morning while the case is being investigated by the Nicosia TAE.
