As of today, June 24, 2020, the restriction of 10 people for social gatherings in homes and public spaces will be abolished, in the framework of the strategy for gradual lifting of the bans and after the existing epidemiological indicators in Cyprus have been taken into account.
It is recalled that, as of today, the maximum number of persons allowed to attend rallies (physical presence in the same premises / installation regardless of indoor or outdoor space) was set at 75 indoors, or 150 outdoors.
It is also clarified that simultaneous mass gathering is not allowed both indoors and outdoors.
Mass gatherings include weddings, baptisms, concerts, festivals, private gatherings at home, and any other form of public gathering.
In the event that social gatherings take place in homes, the maximum number includes permanent residents.
It is also noted that in any case, the participants must follow the health protocols and take all the personal hygiene measures.
