The National Report on the course of COVID19 in Cyprus until June 15, was published by the Ministry of Health.

According to the new criteria and if the weekly positivity rate remains below 1%, Cyprus is close to the 75 / 100.000 threshold to be included in the ECDC Green Zone.

According to the Ministry of Health, the Medical Certificates of Cause of Death of 4 patients who ended up with COVID in April and May were declared in the previous days after a very long delay. They are 3 men, aged 68, 84 and 73 years old and a woman, aged 94 years old, who were treated in the Intensive Care Unit of the Nicosia Hospital.
The 4 deaths were included in the death report and from today will be included in the daily press release.
