In the last 24 hours (from 06.00 on Sunday until 06.00 today Monday) the Police carried out 3017 Cypriot inspections in the framework of its campaign for the observance of the measures and implementation of the decrees of the Law on Infection.
As a representative of the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters stated to KYPE, during the inspections, 27 complaints of citizens and six people in charge of premises emerged, with a higher out-of-court fine of 3000 euros.
With regard to provincial controls, in Nicosia 1206 inspections were carried out, without any complaint, in Limassol 387 inspections were carried out, from which 20 complaints of citizens and five premises emerged, in Larnaca 477 inspections were carried out, from which 2 citizens' complaints emerged, in Paphos 126 inspections were carried out, which resulted in 2 complaints, of a citizen and a Famagusta 434 inspections were carried out, which resulted in four complaints from citizens in the area Morphou 175 inspections were carried out without any complaints.
Also, Pancyprian the Traffic police carried out 205 checks, without any complaint, while without any complaint, 7 checks were carried out by the Port Police.
