The epidemiological picture is still good in the last few days, said in the SIGMA show "Front Page" Dr. Petros Karagiannis, who expressed the hope that the drop in the number of new cases will not be temporary.
There may be some ups and downs, however, high numbers are not expected.
As he said, by the end of the lockdown, we may see less than 100 cases and depending on the vaccinations we may start talking about relaxations.
Regarding the situation in the hospitals, he noted that in the coming days there will continue to be pressure.
The vaccinations, the weather but also the implementation of some self-protection measures, may allow Cyprus to return to a level of normalcy as possible, until maybe the end of April, he noted.
