Professor Petros Karagiannis expressed the position that it is not time to talk about relaxations due to the coming winter, speaking at OMEGA and on the show INFORMATION NOW.

However, as Mr. Karagiannis pointed out, the results of the last few days are encouraging and at the moment no serious problem arises from the opening of the schools.

He pointed out in detail:

It is a fact that the picture shows a steady improvement lately. The results yesterday were very encouraging and I hope we will continue the downward trend in the coming days.

At the moment we do not seem to have a serious increase due to the opening of schools.

Yesterday, only three positive cases emerged from the tests in schools (primary).

As long as cases fall in the community and children will not get the virus at school.

We need to be careful in the next period so as not to relapse.

Do not look for relaxation now as we will enter the winter months and there must be precaution. If we do well then we can talk about relaxation.
