A one-year-old boy was rushed to Makareio Hospital after being bitten by a venomous snake.
According to information, the little boy is being treated out of danger in the Intensive Care Unit of Makareio, as he suffered swelling and bruising on his left arm.
The little boy was bitten at his grandmother's house in Limassol yesterday afternoon, while playing on the terrace.
He was initially taken to a private clinic in Limassol, but was transferred to Makareio on the advice of doctors and received appropriate medication.
