Speaking before the Parliamentary Defense Committee, Christoforos Fokaidis informed that by the end of the year, the relevant offers for catering to the camps will be awarded.
According to the newspaper "Alithia", the Minister of Defense explained that from the new way of feeding the camps, about 300 people will be released, who are currently only engaged in the feeding of the camps and another fifty people who are partially engaged in food preparation.
As the Minister noted, something similar will happen with the KPSM of the camps where these offers will soon be secured.
The total expenditure for the budget of the Ministry of Defense will amount to 352 million euros. Of this, the expenses for the ministry reach 7,9 million, 134 million for the army, 147 million for the National Guard.
