With the aim of the smooth operation of the electronic registration system (i-justice), which will be fully implemented from February 01, 2022, the PDS in cooperation with the local bar associations have proceeded to create a support infrastructure for the training needs of lawyers.
Fellow lawyers have undertaken the training of PDS members, and will be based in the local bar associations: Nicosia (2), Limassol (2), Paphos (1), Larnaca - Famagusta (1).
The logistical infrastructure has been installed in the local bar associations since January 12, 2022 and the training has started from Monday, January 17, 2022, after scheduling a 15-minute appointment, through the secretariat of the local bar associations (see below). It should be clarified that the duties of these trainers will be limited to the educational part ONLY for familiarization with the system. As a result, they will not be able to process litigation and / or payments.

CLARIFICATION FOR EDUCATION ON THE USE OF I-JUSTICE IN LOCAL BAR ASSOCIATIONS
Following the above announcement of the PDS for the creation of a supportive infrastructure in the local bar associations, in view of the full implementation of i-justice, it is clarified that necessary condition to participate in the training, in addition to your registration in the GOVERNMENT INTERNET SECURITY DIODE (ARIADNE), is to provide during the system training process, a specific document that can be registered through it, since the i-justice system is now operating normally and not on a pilot basis. Therefore, the training / explanation of the procedures will be done on the basis of registration of real data / data / documents, which will extend to a specific point and will not be completed.
