A 38-year-old bio-wrestler was tragically killed in a car accident on the main road Archimandrita - Kouklia near Orites, shortly after 09:00 in the morning.
According to the Police, the fatal accident took place after a frontal collision of two vehicles on the main road Archimandritas - Kouklia.
One of the vehicles, which was a commercial van and was transporting parcels and was heading from Archimandrita to Kouklia, under the circumstances under investigation, collided head-on in a clockwise closed turn with the opposite vehicle, which was a double cab.
Both drivers were injured in the collision and were taken to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Paphos General Hospital.
However, the driver of the van, a 38-year-old man from Bulgaria, succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle is being treated seriously, but out of danger at the General Hospital of Paphos.
The Paphos Traffic Police is investigating the causes of the accident.
