The Guide for the Prevention and Dealing with Harassment and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace was presented at a press conference held today, Wednesday, March 22, 2023, in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance Mr. Yiannis Panagiotou and the President of the Gender Equality Committee in Employment also in Vocational Education (VET) Ms. Louiza Christodoulidou Zannetou.
The purpose of the Guide prepared by the Gender Equality Committee is to provide organizations and businesses with the necessary instructions and guidelines to prevent and deal with incidents of harassing behavior and sexual harassment in the workplace.
In his greeting, Mr. Panagiotou emphasized that equality goes through work and noted that the Committee for Gender Equality plays a very important role which will be further strengthened.
