It will be a crime to obstruct the pursuit of hunting activity in accordance with the draft law submitted and approved at a recent session of the Environment Committee in Parliament.
The MPs other than the Ecologists approved the bill which includes the following provision. "A person is guilty of an offense who intentionally interferes with, obstructs or obstructs any holder of a hunting license while lawfully practicing the sport of hunting or uses a natural or artificial visual acoustic, olfactory, gustatory or physical stimulus to influence prey escape from legal hunting or use an unmanned vehicle or aircraft to influence prey in order to escape or enter a shooting range of a hunting licensee and endanger himself in any way. "
It is noted that the members of the Police and the Thera Service will be excluded from the relevant provision.
Also in an effort to calm down the reactions of the hunters, the Environment Committee seeks to reduce the out-of-court fines against poachers with spiders.
