- 500 grams of flour
- 600 grams of pumpkin
- 400 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of walnuts
- 5 eggs
- 1 vanilla
- 200 ml oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder

Implementation
- Beat the pumpkin in the blender. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the egg whites on a plate until they become a meringue.
- Then, put the egg yolks, 1 vanilla, 400 grams of sugar, 200 ml of oil and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in the bowl of the mixer.
- Beat the ingredients well. Add the grated pumpkin to the mixture.
- Put in a bowl 500 grams of flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 200 grams of walnuts (after you grind them) and ½ a teaspoon of salt.
- Mix well and then add them to the mixture and beat them in the mixer.
- At the end, add the meringue and mix with a ladle. Grease a baking tray with butter and pour in the mixture.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
- To make sure it is ready, pierce it with a knife. If it comes out dry, it means that it has been cooked.
