- 4 eggs
- 3 ½ φλ. flour for all uses (sifted)
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/3 cup fresh milk or mandarin juice (if needed)
Implementation
- First, wash the tangerines well and dry them. Then, remove the stones and the central white part and put them in the blender together with the peel.
- Grind them leaving some visible pieces to find them in the bites.
- Set the ground mandarins aside.
- Beat the butter with the sugar in the bowl of the mixer for 5 'until they acquire a creamy texture.
- Add the eggs one by one and beat for another 5 'until the mixture gets volume.
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the dough and mix well.
- Then, add the ground mandarins and poppy seeds to the mixer.
- If you see that the dough is too tight, you can add 1/3 cup. milk or mandarin juice. But this will depend on how juicy the tangerines are.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 50 '(up and down resistance).
