Ingredients
- 170 gr. Pesto Sauce
- 150 gr. grated mozzarella
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 1 beaten egg
- 50 gr. grated parmesan
- Salt Pepper
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Open one sheet of puff pastry and spread the pesto evenly over its entire surface, leaving a little space at the edges.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and place the second sheet of puff pastry on top.

Cut into thin slices and turn each one separately, catching them from the edges.

Place on a greased baking sheet in a pan and spread with the beaten egg.

Add salt and pepper and garnish with parmesan.

Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
