Salty crepes in the oven

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 125 gr. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g milk
  • salt
  • 125 gr. gruyere
  • 100 gr. béchamel
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 40 gr. butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Implementation

  1. Mix the flour with the eggs, salt and cold milk.
  2. Grate the gruyere, mix with the béchamel and add salt and pepper.
  3. Make two crepes with the porridge for each person you fill with the béchamel and cheese mixture.
  4. Add a few pieces of butter and grated cheese of your choice. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes and serve the crepes hot.
