Ingredients for 4 people
- 125 gr. flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 g milk
- salt
- 125 gr. gruyere
- 100 gr. béchamel
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 40 gr. butter
- salt
- pepper
Implementation
- Mix the flour with the eggs, salt and cold milk.
- Grate the gruyere, mix with the béchamel and add salt and pepper.
- Make two crepes with the porridge for each person you fill with the béchamel and cheese mixture.
- Add a few pieces of butter and grated cheese of your choice. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes and serve the crepes hot.
