Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 500 gr. self raising flour of
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 gr. cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 50 gr. olive oil
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (preferably strained)
- Half a bunch of dill
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Salt, pepper, oregano
Implementation

Chop all the vegetables.

Place the eggs with the yogurt and olive oil in the bowl of the mixer and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.

Add the vegetables and finally the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and oregano.

Stir once more and pour the mixture into a lightly oiled cake pan.
step 5
Bake at 170 degrees in the air for one hour.
