Avocado stuffed with crab crumbs, mayonnaise and spices

Ingredients

  • 5 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise tea
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 350 gr. crab crumb
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 chopped chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Lemon in wedges

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to the grill.

Place 2 halves of the avocado in a large bowl and mash into a puree with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well.

step 4

Put the crab in the bowl, 3 tablespoons coriander, chives, chili pepper, capers and pepper and mix.

step 5

Fill the remaining avocados with the mixture and place in a pan.

step 6

Garnish with the grated cheese and bake for about 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle with the remaining coriander and serve with the lemon wedges.
