Ingredients
- 5 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cut in half
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise tea
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 350 gr. crab crumb
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup teaspoon grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Lemon in wedges
Implementation

Preheat the oven to the grill.

Place 2 halves of the avocado in a large bowl and mash into a puree with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well.

Put the crab in the bowl, 3 tablespoons coriander, chives, chili pepper, capers and pepper and mix.

Fill the remaining avocados with the mixture and place in a pan.
step 6
Garnish with the grated cheese and bake for about 3-5 minutes.

Sprinkle with the remaining coriander and serve with the lemon wedges.
