Ingredients for 6 people
- 250 gr. room-temperature butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- ½ φλ. honey
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon
- 4-5 cups. flour for all uses
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger or 1 tbsp. powder
- butter for the pan
Implementation
- Sift the flour and baking powder first. Then add the cinnamon and ginger.
- In another pan, beat the butter with sugar and honey until fluffy.
- Add the flour slowly. Then add as much flour as the dough comes out of your hands.
- Allow the dough to rest for three hours.
- Roll out the dough into a thick sheet and cut the cookies with a cutter into the shape you want.
- Butter a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Leave them to cool for a while, sprinkle with sugar and then unmold.
