Pork pan with sour cream

  • 1 kg pork pan cut into bites
  • 250 gr. white mushrooms, chopped
  • 250 gr. whipping cream
  • 1 pot. κρασ. White Wine
  • ¾ φλιτζ. olive oil
  • ½ κ.γ. nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Saute the meat in olive oil for about 10 minutes, until it turns brown on all sides.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes, until they start to soften.
  3. Quench with wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate for a few minutes.
  4. Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper and add 1. Flitz. hot water.
  5. Continue cooking until the meat with its oil remains in the pan.
  6. Just before removing from the heat, add the cream. Continue cooking until the sauce starts to thicken.
  7. Optionally serve the pan with rice or mashed potatoes.
