- 1 kg pork pan cut into bites
- 250 gr. white mushrooms, chopped
- 250 gr. whipping cream
- 1 pot. κρασ. White Wine
- ¾ φλιτζ. olive oil
- ½ κ.γ. nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- Saute the meat in olive oil for about 10 minutes, until it turns brown on all sides.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes, until they start to soften.
- Quench with wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate for a few minutes.
- Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper and add 1. Flitz. hot water.
- Continue cooking until the meat with its oil remains in the pan.
- Just before removing from the heat, add the cream. Continue cooking until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Optionally serve the pan with rice or mashed potatoes.
