Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage (red or green)
- 5- 6 carrots
- 1 beetroot
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup of fresh dill tea
- 2/3 cup chopped tea nuts
- 2-3 cloves of garlic melted
- 1/2 cup tea olive oil
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
Implementation

Chop cabbage, carrots and beets lightly in a food processor and place in a bowl.

Place the walnuts in the food processor and cut into chunks.

Make the salad dressing by mixing the oil, apple cider vinegar and garlic.

Add the chopped fresh dill and walnuts to the vegetables, a few pinches of salt and pour over the dressing.

Mix very well and adjust the salt and acidity if necessary (it is best to do this 10-15 minutes before serving).

Chop the avocado and add it to the salad, stirring lightly. Serve garnished with chopped walnuts.
